Carly's Wizard of Oz Birthday Party

My daughter loves the Wizard of Oz so naturally that is what she wanted. It was extremely windy, so I did not get to do all I wanted to outside. I'm just happy the decor I managed to get down, didn't blow away. We had a lot of fun planning this party.
