Party Recap
We celebrated my daughter's 6th birthday with a Candy Land themed party at home - complete with a large board game through the years where the children could play (we made the pieces by cutting and then painting large cardboard squares and then used yard stakes to keep them in place). The children could also venture through "Lollipop Woods" (a cluster of trees with candy hanging), visit "Chocolate Mountain" (chocolate fountain with treats to dip), walk through "Gummy Pass" (passageway along the perimeter of yard filled with candy) and get their face painted with "Princess Frostine." All in all, it was a lot of work but the children - and most importantly, the birthday girl - loved it. Enjoy!
