    Use wooden dowels cut to whatever height you want, i used clear plastic bowls from the dollar tree as the base hot glue the painted, drilled dowel to the center of the bowl use a lot of glue for support ,fill with candy after glue is dry which also helps with support, drill a hole in the end for the lollipop stick to drop into, paint the dowel whatever color using little plastic bottles of non toxic paint from craft store apply with brush, hot glue a bow to front after dropping in lollipop
