Party Recap

This party was based of a Carter's onesie and the bedding picked by the mom to be. Pink and orange were used through out and provided the perfect color scheme for a spring time shower.

The invitation had a quatrefoil shape because the majority of the hostesses and the mom to be were Phi Mu sorority sisters and the quatrefoil is an important symbol of Phi Mu.

Allyson Foreman of A Piece of Cake in Shreveport created the wonderful strawberry cake to match the invitation designed by Magnolia Creative Co.

Everyone had a wonderful time!

Beautiful shower! ! How did you make the decor? Did you use a cricut or a silhouette machine? I'm trying to see examples of what certain machines can make :) and my sister wants this shower theme! :)

Heather I used punches actually for the cupcake toppers and I hand cut the banner! I have a Silhouette and love it and use it a lot now in addition to my new die cutting machine. I design my own graphics so the Silhouette gives me more freedom through the Illustrator plug in and in using my own font library. I have a friend that has a Cricut and she loves it. I have the invitation in my shop and plan to add the other party pieces if your interested and I can offer it as a printable collection as well so you can get your crafty on :) Email me at [email protected],com if you're interested and good luck in your research.
