We celebrated our favorite little monsters 3rd Birthday. We had family and friends over for a fun day and celebrated monster style with lots of games, food and fun!

Budget
I made alot of the decorations myself or purchased stuff from oriental trading or etsy.com. I love to be frugal so I used lots of coupons from local craft stores and even purchased stuff from the Dollar Tree

What People Ate
We had the usual chips & dip, fruit salad and fruit kabobs for the kids (which were quite the hit). The candy bar and popcorn cones, which the kids also LOVED! Monster dip and animal crackers and other various snacks

made this by buying a plain crafting wreath at the dollar store and 2 or 3 feather boas and wrapped them around the wreath securing it with a glue gun. Glued on the eyes (also from the dollar store). Painted the #3 and decorated with the eyes and birthday ribbon and secured that around the wreath with ribbon.
