Bo Ho Ho Holiday Party
Eat, Drink and Be Merry! A festive and unique colorway of mustard yellow, hunter green, light pink and ivory. This party has a mix of modern, rustic and boho vibes! Lots of dried florals, evergreen, and holiday décor. Guests got a drink from the bar, took a photo on the velvet couch, mingled around the dinner table, indulged in their favorite dessert and then took a delicious macaron home. A good time was had by all and that’s what is important!
The bar greeted the guests with a cozy white shag rug, tassel and burlap Spirits banner by Rusty Chic Décor. The front of the bar was decorated with a large pink vase filled with cream pampas grass and wood boho trees. Amanda created the stunning backdrop installation. It is a DIY organic arrangement full of balloons from Oh How Charming, fresh evergreen, dried palm leaves, bunnies tail and painted baby’s breath. Other details that filled out this festive part of the party included bottle brush trees and chic white reindeer. A printable sign from Pixels and Pop listed the available drinks, jolly juice and wonderland wines. Acrylic joy and merry drink stirrers from Cocoa and Confetti added a modern touch to the stemless glasses. DIY pom poms added texture and were fun markers for the wine glasses. Cocktail napkins with gold detail had classic holiday sayings including joy, peace, wonder and hope.
The lounge area is what boho dreams are made of! A velvet mustard couch?! Yes please! This was in the gathering area where guests could get a photo together, sip their drink and enjoy each other’s company. A rattan table was placed in the center with a DIY tic-tac-toe game. Lauren created the game by using a frame as the base, spray painted masking tape for the lines. Pink spray painted pine cones were the x’s and green bottle brush trees were the o’s. A wooden screen was used as the backdrop which also doubled as the perfect photo-op. An organic balloon garland using mustard, evergreen, white sand and pink balloons by Oh How Charming was hung over one side. Palm fans and spray painted baby’s breath were added into the balloon garland to tie the theme together. On the other side of the screen was a matching handmade yarn and wooden bead tassel banner by Rusty Chic Decor. Various vases and jars were filled with dried florals and pampas which were the perfect addition to this area.
The Holidays are all about gathering together over good food and drinks so a festive Tablescape is a must. Printable tent cards by Pixels And Pop helped guests locate their seats while adding a personal touch to the decor. An evergreen table runner wrapped in a beaded garland strewn with colorful DIY paper palms and gold berries added texture and pops of color. Pink taper candlesticks added a wonderful ambiance as guests enjoyed their meal. Lively conversation was exchanged over our centerpiece of two golden Nordic deer, pine cones, palms and pampas grass.
The dessert table backdrop was a macrame piece and Lori made a mini garland to go over top of it from artificial pine stems, palm spears and DIY paper palm spears. On the table, she laid out a furry blanket to add some texture and a gorgeous tassel garland by Amanda at Rusty Chic Decor. For the desserts, we had a tray of multi flavored pizzelle cookies by Just Pizzelles. Also served was a cheese and chocolate board and chocolate cake cups!

To send the guests off to continue their holiday celebrations Caitlin at Cafe Everyday Sunday created everyone their own bag of French macarons. Keeping with the evening's color palette she filled the macarons with a white chocolate ganache and topped them off with some gold holiday sparkle.
