We always have a charcuterie board as an appetizer when entertaining and we did have that, but I wanted to add a healthier, lighter option as well. I decided to use the bar cart to set up a vegetable appetizer station. For the vegetables I chose orange peppers, cherry tomatoes, celery and broccoli. I displayed them on a white cake plate. I made Skinny Dill Dip to pair with the vegetables and the dip was delicious! I wanted to make a balloon garland to dress up the bar cart, but needed something to go under it. I decided to use an Ikea picture frame and have Stefan design a printable to go in it. I wanted the printable to be an outline of a bunny with carrots inside it. Lucky for me Stefan was able to design the printout I had in mind so it was a quick and easy DIY for us. I reused the bunny napkins and carrots from Meri Meri that I displayed in my Easter Dessert Table.

Outside of Easter this is a great option for entertaining! Simply replace the sign from saying “Happy Easter” to “Welcome Spring”!
