    I am so sorry I just saw this....I made them myself...not sure if you had your shower already. I order clear boxes and made the lids from card stock and tied a ribbon around them.

    Hello Maryrose G it was handmade. I used a large foamboard sprayed it with the painted it gray and sprayed it with the rock spray paint. Found the letters online traced them and cut them out from foamboard
