Azzy & Emmy’s Bollywood Birthday Bash
ByParty Recap
Our Bollywood Birthday party was all sorts of bright & beautiful. We wanted to have a fresh and exciting color palette with mainly deep amber, cool blue, fuchsia , and dark purple highlighted with whites and touches of gold here and there.
The invites are a henna print on reused cardboard. The table cloths are plain plastic with a sequin runner. The flowers are from a farmers market just mixed bouquets together. I bought glass vases and wrapped ribbon around them. I made the performer sign from a wrapping paper tube & markers. The signs are architectural prints from staples.
For activities that doubled as giveaways, we had the elephant piñata. We had a henna tattoo artist. We also had a photo booth.
Entertainment-wise, we had a Bollywood dancer that threw fire and also held an interactive dance session. We also had authentic Indian cuisine. The cake was an absolutely beautiful henna covered buttercream cake.
It was such an amazing day with lots of laughs & dancing.
