Party Recap

My daughter LOVES Frozen so we knew that her 2nd birthday would be a frozen one.

We would have loved to have an outdoor party but the stress of rain made me back out. Instead we had it in my family's martial arts school. We did our best to make it look a little less like a dojo and more like a frozen Arendelle.

Party Highlights

  • Desserts

The cake was an ice cream cake bought from a Baskin Robins. It wasnt on theme because my husband insisted on Oreo flavors and didn't order it early enough to have it made with the proper colors. But it was still loved by the birthday girl. I made a few cake pops in blue and pink and a few pink and blue chocolate dipped oreos.

  • Party Favors

The party favors were plain white lunch bags filled with candies, bubbles, Frozen stamps, and other little toys. I created a Thank You card and pinned it to the top with some mini clothes pins.

  • Activities / Games

The children had a punch box (created by me) and a pinata with the pull strings purchased from Party City by a family member. Those kids were loaded by the time they left. The kids created Olaf masks out of paper plates and Popsicle sticks. I also made blue slime for the kids to get messy with. (not pictured)
