Anime Activated Laser Tag Party

My daughter requested an anime themed party for her 14th birthday. She's currently fond of the anime series Demon Slayer. After considering different options like Jiu Jitsu and Laser Tag, she decided to activate her inner anime warrior by slaying demons at a laser tag venue.

INVITATIONS: I designed the invitations on Zazzle.com with a vibrant neon pink laser tag theme. I customized the invitations by adding my own wording and including characters from Demon Slayer. To enhance the look, I modified the font to resemble targets and lasers. This look gave the invitations a unique touch.

ATTIRE: Originating from Japan, my daughter dressed elegantly in a floral, royal blue Yukata kimono robe paired with purple shorts underneath. To complete her look, she wore white knee-high socks along with black boots. Adding a touch of sparkle, she adorned silver rhinestone butterfly ear cuffs that perfectly complemented her glamorous outfit. Her hair was styled to match the colors of her kimono robe, with intricate black and royal blue butterfly locs. Butterfly hair jewelry adorned several of her locs beautifully.
At her party, she wore a black t-shirt featuring a graphic of Shinobu. The black leggings paired perfectly with her custom-made black hi-top Jordans of Shinobu.. Her dangled earrings completed the coordinated look, matching her shirt and shoes flawlessly. Little sister looked adorable in her white t-shirt with cherry blossom design and black leggings. Her hi-top Puma shoes matched the colors of the cherry blossom design on her shirt perfectly. To enhance the look, she accessorized it with pink clay flower earrings. I wore a black t-shirt with a beautiful moon and cherry blossom design on the front paired with light denim skinny jeans. My pink resin earrings coordinated perfectly with the cherry blossom details on the shirt. To finish the look, I opted for my black, low top Nikes. Dad looked stylish in his black short-sleeve shirt depicting a dragon and cherry blossoms. He paired it with comfortable black Puma jogging pants and matching black Puma sneakers.

DECORATIONS: I adorned the wall at the base of the stairs with a captivating Demon Slayer banner and coordinated balloons to complement the theme. The gifts inspired by Demon Slayer were meticulously placed in front of the decorated wall, creating a remarkable display. The combination of the banner, balloons, and gifts enhanced the overall aesthetic appeal of the setting.
The venue beautifully arranged the tables with the decorations I provided. The tables were draped with black tablecloths and were set with purple plates, complemented by black napkins elegantly wrapped in purple butterfly napkin holders. The turquoise cups were adorned with beautiful purple butterfly stickers. The silver number 14 balloons were thoughtfully displayed on the guests' table, adding a festive look to the event.

THANK YOU CARDS: I designed thank you cards on Zazzle.com featuring the Demon Slayer character, Shinobu. Shinobu was chosen because of her butterflies, which matched the butterfly decorations at the party. The invitations were measured at 5.5’ x 4”.
