Amara's Wonderful Mermaid Party

Amara’s Mermaid party was all sorts of under the sea whimsy. We wanted to have a fresh and light color palette with mainly muted turquoise, dusty blue, blush pink, and lavender purple highlighted with whites and touches of gold here and there.

Our backdrop is composed of three different boards to add dimension to it, and was flanked with handmade jellyfish lanterns with the prettiest ribbons. The table had custom made desserts that we designed in collaboration with our bakers, Cuppacake and The Little Whisk. We made sure to choose the prettiest florals that would evoke a coral look to give the table an elevated feel. Crystal balloon garlands finished the entire look off portraying ocean bubbles.

For activities that doubled as giveaways, we prepared little pails with beach tools inside. Kids can decorate their pails with alphabet and sea animal stickers. We also had Make Your Own Sea Animal sticker sets where toddlers can create cute animal faces. And we also had themed magnet painting kits with assorted plaster animals and mermaids.

Entertainment-wise, we had an active Kindermusik session done by Baumhaus that had children singing and dancing to ocean-themed songs. We also had a little face painting and nail art corner done by Bliss Jam.

It was such an amazing day with filled with starfish wishes and mermaid kisses!
