Party Recap
We threw an Art Party fit for a 6year old princess painter using rainbow colors and white to set up the Art Studio vibe. We used plastic tablecloths in a variety of rainbow colors to add splashes of color and contrast the white tablecloths used in the painting areas and to be used as a picture backdrop for pictures with friends.Unicorn graphics were downloaded and traced onto the 12x12 canvases using carbon paper and the traces over again with a black sharpie so that the young guests could easily see their drawing. Our little artists painted canvases, made rainbow (fruit loop) necklaces and snacked on a variety of rainbow colored snacks and an art palette cake. The creative juices bar allowed guests to choose between 3 colorful juices. The party was 2.5 hours with the first hour of painting, about a half hour eating, half hour creating necklaces, and then ended with gifts and an Art Studio group picture with the artists holding their canvases. We had a wonderful day with great friends and family and birthday party fun!!!
