A Floral Wedding Shower

I had the pleasure of hosting a bridal shower for a dear friend. The theme was inspired by the water color carnation invitation from Wedding Paper Divas. A friend and I slaved over pink, white and aqua tissue paper carnations which were embellished with metallic ink and displayed in mason jars. There was a keepsake box for the bride to keep her wedding cards in, and a book for the guests to offer marital advice. We played bridal bingo and showered the bride with many gifts and a wishing well of kitchen items she had not thought to add to her registry. Finally, there were seed packet favors for the guests to bring home. It was a lovely day.
