A Fintastic Shark Birthday Party

My little boys' birthdays are 3 days apart. This past year they turned 3 and 7 and they agreed that they would like a shark themed birthday party. Even though sharks was the main theme, we had several fun under the sea elements including a beautiful sea turtle cutout, a dolphin balloon column, octopus ring toss game, yummy ocean themed foods on the buffet table. • What People Ate

  We ate ocean themed food: "ocean water" lemonade, "seaweed" spinach dip, "shark bait" goldfish crackers, "driftwood" pretzels, "seashell" pasta salad, along with butterflied shrimp and fish sticks.

• Desserts

  For dessert we had cake, cupcakes, and custom design shark sugar cookies.

• Party Favors

  The party favors were packaged in little boxes covered with shark stickers and wrapped with a shark tooth necklace.

• Activities / Games

  For games we played "pin the fin on the shark" and also octopus ring toss.
