A Yorkshire Farm Baby Shower

We held a Baby Shower and Birthday Soiree for my beautiful BFF.
The theme was 'Rustic Yorkshire Farm' and I used a colour scheme of blue and yellow with accents of brown, orange and green.

• What People Ate

  Traditional Yorkshire Ploughman's Lunch. Bread, Ham, Cheese, Pickles, Quiche, Apples, Celery....

• What People Drank

  Yorkshire Tea and Bellinis (Alcho and Non) in Elderflower, Apple and Blackcurrant & Blueberry

• Best Moment

  When Mum to Be walked in and saw what the theme was (it had all been a big secret!)

• Funniest Moment

  When Mum to be - after opening 5 gifts that were 'oh it's in the theme' - realising guests had been asked to bring farm themed gifts!

• Best Dressed

  The radiant Mum to Be of course!

• Desserts

  Pie Pops, Tiffin and Homemade Yorkshire Flapjack.

• Party Favors

  Handpainted Mug, Jar of Homemade Lemon curd, Iced Pig biscuit, a knitted daffodil brooch and a Yorkshire Teabag in a hand sewn packet.

• Activities / Games

  We played a few traditional baby shower games like Bingo and Left/Right Pass the parcel. We all filled in a 'Wishes for Baby' card.

• Budget

  Low as per usual for us Yorkshire gals!
