7 is Sweet

Happy to share with you my daughter Ellie's "7 is Sweet" birthday party! This girl looooves her candy and sweets so I thought it was the perfect theme. I went with pastel colors and a black accent color to give it a modern twist. I love the pop of bright coral in the balloons. Hanging the tissue paper garlands in a swaggering style gave it a fun, whimsey look! I created a candy tray of bubble gum, sour gummy candies and m & m's. I also had mini starburst chews spilling out of a sugar cone. In the center of the board were my handmade crayons in pastel colors that said "Gimme some sugar". In my flower centerpiece, I stuck a mini pink balloon in the center of my tiny lip plate, as if the lips were blowing bubble gum! I hope you enjoy the details!
