Havana Nights

Over a month’s planning and preparation had been done to create the perfect ambience of a night out in Havana for my client. Attention to detail was paramount. From the personalized backdrop and lighting, to an “hombre” & “senoras” area filled with Cuban hats and fans for guests to enjoy. We also styled a cigar bar and cocktail tables with a 4 piece lounge suite for guests to enjoy their cigars or socialize. Little details like the guitar against the cake stand added an extra flair.

Dining tables were set with monstera leaves (only fresh flowers and leaves were used throughout) as an under plate and a little piece of chocolate was added onto individual leaf sprigs over the napkin. The centerpieces were giant palm leaves with bits of blue and orange plants over a monstera leaf surrounded with bananas, pineapples and oranges. All set over a mint green table cloth.

Colors of green, blue, red and orange shone through the props, dining tables, cigar table and backdrop.

Understated elegance but just enough color to bring out the theme.
