Pool 1st birthday party

Oh what a fun and colorful party this was! My d-i-l picked the theme for our 4th grandson who was turning 1 a year ago! I have a silhouette cutting machine so I got busy to help create some of these cute props!
I made the birthday hat, tie and diaper cover.
