Thank you! I actually made the cupcake toppers myself using chocolate candy molds and candy melts for the football, basketball and soccer ball. For the baseball I used fondant pressed into a baseball mold and candy writer (edible pen) to draw the lines. I got the cupcake stand from www.cupcaketree.com and self decorated with color and ribbon accordingly. Yes, the topper is a cake in which I also made myself. I hope this helps!

Thanks! The dome part of the cake is half of a Wilton sports ball pan and covered with fondant. I purchased a youth sized baseball cap, traced the lid portion and cut it out. I used that template and cut out gumpaste, added the lines in the lid with a stitching wheel and let is dry on top of the lid on the real hat (covered w/saran wrap) to acheive the curve. Once dry (about 1 week) I attached to the dome portion with piping gel. I hope this helps!
