The “Trophy Wives vs Trophy Husbands” games included: -Let’s Get Personal – Quiz about the bride and groom. Who knew them better: their friends or each other? -Guess What – Class game of Pictionary using words related to weddings (e.g. Honeymoon, Runaway Bride, Bridezilla, Don’t Tell the Bride, Washing Machine, Gift List, Wedding Speech….). It’s a shame Picasso was not invited, as perhaps it would have been easier to guess the drawings :) -Perfect or Not – Trophy Wives had to list all the attributes they thought the “Perfect Wife” should have in a man’s eyes. Trophy Husbands had to do the same for the “Perfect Husband”. -Name that Drink – Each team had to list the ingredients and amounts of each needed to make the drink stated on the card, then give it to the next team to guess the drink name. -Domestic God/dess – In teams they needed to first design a cake on paper and then make it using the cake and decorating items provided. Points were given for over-all look and edible-ness! There were certainly some interesting looking cakes created – errr, if you can call them “cakes” even!!!! -Mr & Mrs DIY – Each member of the teams had to hammer a giant nail into wood. Sounds simple, but it is seriously much harder than you can imagine! -It’s a Hard Life – Trophy Husbands had to change a nappy and clothes on doll, blindfolded. Trophy Wives had to take off the clothes and bra from a giant teddy bear, only using one hand! -Bubble-icious – Totally straight forward bubble gum competition. Who can blow the biggest bubble! -Them Us / Battle of Sexes – A deliberately provocative game that pits men against women. Each team takes turns shouting out responses to stereotypical topics. Brawn versus beauty in a contest to determine the superior sex. -Shave-a-thon – The Trophy Wives had to “shave” the Trophy Husbands with whipped cream and a spoon, whilst being blind folded. The best/quickest shave was the winner! -Hula Hoop – Husbands vs Wives: Hula Hooping Competition. The one who could hula hoop the longest got the points. -Bowling Alley & Twister – Two old time favourites! (Sadly we never got to play them, especially as Twister would have been hilarious!).
