Watermelon Agua Fresca Recipe
How about a refreshing watermelon agua fresca to cool you down this summer? Aqua frescas are traditional fruit drinks served all over Mexico.

- 1 small seedless watermelon cubed
- ½ tablespoon honey
- 1 cup water
- Ice
- Juicer or blender if a blender is used, you may want to strain the juice to remove the pulp
- Star Cookie Cutter optional
- Juice from 2 Mexican limes optional
- Mint leaves for garnish optional
- Thinly sliced lime for garnish optional
Using a juicer (or a blender and a strainer), juice watermelon cubes.
Pour juice in a large pitcher, then add honey, lime juice, water and ice, then stir.
Serve over ice and garnish with a watermelon star, mint or lime slice.
