TURNAROUND

PROOFS for you to review will be sent to the e-mail associated with your Etsy account in 1-2 business days. You can request any necessary changes at this time.
MOCK SAMPLE (Optional) Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your mock sample.
PRODUCTION Printing + Assembly of a full order will take 2-3 weeks.
SHIPPING We ship all custom orders via UPS ground which takes 1-6 days from New Jersey in the US. International Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, generally 6-10 Days.

GENERIC SAMPLES are available by selecting SAMPLE at check out. Our sample invitation suites are pre-printed, and therefore they may not be customized with your details and colors. Each sample set includes a color swatch chart.
CUSTOM SAMPLES: Complimentary Custom samples with your wording, colors, fonts, and personalizations are available for contracted orders once the non-refundable deposit has been submitted and PDF proofs have been reviewed.
DIGITAL DESIGN If you'd like to print and assemble on your own you may select digital design for printable PDF files personalized with your wording and details.
CUSTOMIZATION: Font & Color changes are included for no additional charge. We are also happy to make changes to any of the wording to suit your needs. Changes to file size, graphics, layout and design may incur additional charges, please contact us for more information.

HOW TO ORDER

1. PURCHASE this listing and select deposit at check out.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Upon receiving your order and quote request form we will be in touch within 1 business day with your formal quote and link to our order form to submit your wording.
2. PDF proofs will be delivered via E-mail 1-2 business days after submitting your order form. At this time you may request any necessary changes to your invitation.
3. Once proofs have been finalized if you have ordered a sample mock up we will put it into production. Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your Sample Mock Up in the Mail.
4. Once your design has been finalized you will be sent the final approval form to approve the order for printing and submit your final count.
5. After we have received your final approval and final balance we will put your full order into production. Printing + Assembly take 2-3 weeks. We will ship via UPS ground 1-6 days from New Jersey.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: The $150 deposit for contract orders or $75 for Digital Design is fully refundable if your proofs have not yet be created. Once the proofs have been completed the DEPOSIT will be marked as shipped on Etsy and the deposit will become non-refundable.
