ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your order prior to us completing your PDFs proofs we will happily cancel and refund your order. If your proofs have been completed we will refund any fees collected minus a $50 design fee. Digital file orders may not be cancelled after PDF proofs have been completed. Once an order has been approved for printing it is non-refundable and the order may not be cancelled or changed.
