This listing is for FIVE poms (as pictured above).

When fully opened, this pompom is 20" wide. Because this item cannot be shipped fully assembled, it is shipped as a "kit", with simple instructions on how to "fluff" up the pompom and add the hand-cut facial features (made by me), as well as clear line for hanging. Max is on a smaller pom to demonstrate size difference between him and the other characters.
