This whale 1st Birthday themed O N E banner is made on 3 1/2 x 4 inch double layered card stock flags. For the flags we used white for the back flags and letters and light pink and mint for the top flags and light pink for the whales. We used white card stock for the letters. We strung the banner with white ribbon. So cute to use for photos and hang on the high chair. The banner measures just under 18 inches.
The high chair skirt is available in 2 different sizes to fit your needs!
We used shades of light pink , white and mint in both tulle and ribbon cuts. The high chair skirt is either 24 inches or 36 inches from side to side and hangs about 12 inches long. It is made of different widths and textures of ribbons and tulles. We strung it on a long white ribbon that will provide you excess at end for hanging or tying it to white ver you need. You can use it on the actual high chair as we've shown in photos or as a backdrop for photos too!
