This whale themed happy birthday banner will be a great way to personalize your little ones big day!

We make this layered banner with 4x5 inch card stock flags. We used white, dark gray, light blue and navy for the flags and permanently attached the white card stock letters and navy blue whales to the flags. We strung the banners with white ribbon.
We can do this in different colors too. See our color character for our color choices. Gold and silver are not available for the flags.
