Specially made for your One in a Melon...

HAT:
A MINI party hat made of stiffened hot pink (or red) party hat, a white/black outlined #1, trimmed with green pom poms on bottom and a colorful yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is about 3", and height 4".
* 2nd pictures just to show example of size on. Gold hat found in shop.

Dog customers: please let me know the measurement around the head (across top of head and under chin and back to where started)

HIGH CHAIR BANNER:
Hot pink or red felt triangle flags, 4" each, with white "one" and watermelon slices on ends with matching yarn pom poms. Attached to a 1/4" ribbon for hanging.
