A small party hat made of stiffened white felt with tiny sparkly gold dots, decorated with a 1 in light ballet peachy pink, trimmed with pale peachy pink pom poms on bottom and a white yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 4", and height 5".
