House Only Option: This option is for the house only with white space around the structure. This is a great option to showcase a house while removing unsightly surroundings.

Full Scene Option: This is a full-scene painting showcasing the structure and the surrounding scenery. This is an excellent option for properties with large trees.

- S I Z E -

I offer a variety of sizes. You can find those options and pricing in this page's "OPTIONS" menu.

- M A T T E D -

You can have your piece professionally matted with a high-quality, smooth, double-white mat and backing board, ready to slip into a frame. Art is mounted using all acid-free materials, ensuring your unique piece's longevity. This option in found in the "OPTIONS" menu.

I will need at least one picture of the COMPLETE STRUCTURE (and any additional elements you want) showing the EXACT ANGLE you wish me to paint it. Closeup photos of the door are also beneficial but not required.

I am currently not accepting the following types of commissions...
• Pet or people additions
• Painting at a different angle than what is depicted in the photo
• Photographs that cut off parts of the house or other key elements you want to be painted
• Removal of trees/bushes that cover critical elements of the house. If this may be the case with your photograph, please feel free to message me before purchasing, and I can assess it for you.
