This banner is made on 4x4 inch white chipboard pieces. I permanently attached the red card stock letters to the chipboard. I permanently attached the bubble gum pink hearts to the end pieces. I strung this banner on bright pink ribbon with bright pink bows . It's PERFECT to go with ANY decorations that you already have or to start a new collection of Valentines Decor!

You can also select the 6 foot card stock garland when you purchase. We made this 6 foot garland with 2 1/2 inch red, white and bubble gum pink card stock hearts. We take the hearts and machine sew them together with white thread in a continuous straight line with excess thread at each end for hanging.
This would be super cute hanging in your window too!!
