I made this BE MINE banner on 4x4 inch black chipboard. Then I permanently attached the printed panels to the chipboard pieces. I permanently attached the black overlays and then attach the light pink card stock letters and red heart to the overlays. I strung this banner with pink ribbon and used red and pink for the bows. It's stunning!

The 6ft paper heart garland is made with 2.5 inch hand punched red , light pink and white card stock hearts all machine sewn together with white thread. We leave excess thread at each end for hanging.

The Be Mine banner will look great on your window, mantle, book shelf, wall or wherever you need a little sprucing up for Valentine's Day!! It measures 28 inches and you will have excess ribbon at each end for hanging and swagging it to your liking. It will come ready to hang!
