Valentine's Day is such a fun holiday to decorate for. It's during the slow moving months of winter and it adds a nice burst of color to the dullness that winter sometimes leaves us with.

I did this hugs and kisses banner in the same idea that I did my Trick or Treat banner for Halloween.

I used 4x4 inch white chipboard. Then I antiqued the edges with black ink. Then I hand stamped each letter with alternating red and pink acrylic paint. Then I hand stamped hot pink double hearts on some of those letters. Then to add a little more of those "hugs and kisses" I stamped x's and o's in the corners or the first and last letters in black acrylic paint. I strung it all on a red ribbon with different shades of pinks for the end bows. Note the flaws in the stamping process-that's what gives the banenrs their vintage look and feel.

This banner measures 44 inches without spreading out your letters. You will receive your banner ready to hang and it will have excess ribbon at each end so you ca swag it and spread out your letters to your liking.
