The ONE word banner shown is made on 3 1/2 x 4 inch double layered card stock flags.
We used red card stock for the back layer and light pink for the top layers and we did the letters with red and added the double layered hearts at each end. We strung it with white ribbon. Fits great on a high chair. It measures about 17 inches as displayed.

For the 12 month photo banner we used 3 3/4 inch red scalloped hearts and light pink for the accent hearts and red numbers. We strung the hearts with white ribbon and you'll have plenty of ribbon to spread out the numbers to fit your photos. You will simply use everyday tape to affix your photos to the panels. You'll be able to put them in either landscape or portrait style too!
