HOW IT WORKS!

1. Purchase the listing (you only need to buy a quantity of 1.)

2. If changes in the wording are needed, please write in the "notes to the seller/personalization" section the new information you wish to appear in the design.

***Please DOUBLE CHECK your text (spelling and punctuation) after typing & BEFORE finalizing the order. I will paste the information as you sent it to ensure the accuracy of the details.

3. Once I receive your order I will begin customizing your art. All custom work will be ready within 24-48 hours or less after I receive your notes. Orders will be processed from Monday thru Friday during business hours from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (EDT) but you may contact me for any rush order inquiries.

4. Please note that a one-time proof will be sent for your approval ONLY if wording changes occur otherwise no proof will be emailed as it may not be required (it will be processed "AS IS".) I will then email the high-resolution final design in a PDF file.

5. Print as many copies as you need from your home printer (recommended) and cut the arts. For best results print on CARD STOCK, GLOSSY, or PHOTO paper.

-COLOR VARIATIONS-

Printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, one printer to another, between different types or brands of paper & ink, and also with the choice of printer settings. Also, most items will print out darker than they appear on your monitor. Because there are a vast number of variables involved in printing, there will be no refunds and no design color changes if you do not like the colors when printed. PLEASE BE SURE to print a copy of the sample in the listing before purchasing if color matches are extremely important to you.
