All of my creations are sculpted in clay and painted by hand while paying great attention to detail.

Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, you may notice some flaws and imperfections. You might even spot a fingerprint or two! The great thing about art is, there are no rules and that makes them perfectly imperfect.

Each Gnome has their own unique personality and is truly a one of a kind! A protective top coat will be added to your piece for lasting protection.

Note: This is not a toy, this is a piece of artwork. This is a collectible piece made for display by adults only, small pieces that are not safe for children.

Clay can break if it is dropped or mishandled, very similar to glass or ceramic. In the event you have dropped or broken your sculpture you can use super glue to repair it.

Shipping & Refund Policy:

Shipping is by USPS and will include insurance and tracking. Your postage will be calculated by your location.

In the event that your order is damaged I will work with you to file a claim through USPS. All insured items (Priority Mail) are refundable if the item is damaged while in transit by USPS. You must present proof of damaged item and the packaging by photos in order to start an insurance claim.

Refunds will not not be processed until the claim decision has been finalized and approved by USPS. Claims are usually processed within 7 - 10 days from receiving all required documentation.

If USPS determines they are not at fault and not responsible for the damage I cannot provide a refund.

My items are one of a kind and entirely hand sculpted, it would be impossible to duplicate them exactly and for this reason would be unable to create a duplicate the piece.

I would be happy to try my best to create a new commissioned piece as close to the original as possible after the case is closed if you desire to do so. Please note that a new piece may take up to 21 days to complete and ship out.
