This ribbon banner is made with different shades and textures of navy, light blue, white and red colored ribbons. The high chair skirt is available in either 24 inches or 36 inches from side to side and each strip hangs about 12 inches long. We strung it on a long white ribbon that will provide you excess at end for hanging or tying it to whatever you need.
