The toppers measure 4x4 and 4x2 inches when folded over a treat bag. They fit 4x6 cello or paper treat bags.

Simply print, cut, fill treat bags with candy, fold over treat bag and tape or staple (*warning, take caution with staples if using treat bags for small children!)
