Keep track of when subscriptions and memberships are expiring and if you renewed or cancelled them with these printable blank 1.5" wide x 0.5" high stickers!

Print these out and write:
1. The company, business, magazine etc. in the top white box, the monthly or total amount of the subscription or membership
2. Then tick the box beside renew or cancel, record the date you renewed or cancelled
3. Payment method used for the subscription e.g. paypal or Credit card which can be used to track that you have been charged if you renewed or that you haven't been charged if you cancelled.

Once purchased you can print the files endlessly for your personal use and if you run out - just print some more sheets! :)

**TO MAKE YOUR STICKERS**

1. Print onto this sticker sheet http://www.onlinelabels.com/OL1100.htm from online labels. You can also print onto full sheet label paper and cut, or print onto paper or cardstock and use glue to adhere.

2. If printing onto full sheet label paper, cut out your stickers using a craft punch, scissors, exacto knife, paper trimmer ect. The stickers are close together to minimise cutting :)

3. Peel and stick!
