I made this Irish Lucky One banner on 4x5 inch green and chartreuse card stock flags. I permanently attached the white card stock letters and large green card stock shamrocks to the flags. I used white ribbon for this listing. We could easily do the pink or blue if you wanted.
This banner measures 36 inches with excess ribbon at each end for you to hang your banner.

If you chose to also purchase the shamrock garland this is how it's made:

This 6 foot paper garland is made from 2.5 inch hand cut chartreuse green and 3 inch green card stock shamrocks. They are sewn together in a continuous straight line with white thread and at each end I left excess thread for you to hang your garland.
