This photo banner is made with a total of 13 pieces and each is made on 3x3 inch white chipboard pieces . I permanently attach the light blue card stock water and dark gray sharks to the chipboard. I permanently attached the turquoise card stock numbers onto the pieces . Then I strung it with royal blue ribbon. We made the O N E banner to match.It's made on 4x4 inch white chipboard piece. We used the same card stock colors for the letters, water and sharks. They make a super cute decorating duo! IT would be just as cute with bright pink in place of the turquoise. Lots of ways to do the colors. Message me if you have any questions. You can use a small piece of tape to attach the photos to the squares. So easy!

the ONE banner measures 20 inches with extra ribbon at each end to hang it.
