The 1/2 banner is made on 3x3 inch white chipboard squares. We permanently attached the light blue card stock "water" to the pieces and permanently attached the royal blue letters and dark gray sharks to those water pieces. We strung the banner with royal blue ribbon leaving extra ribbon at each end for hanging. This banner measures 9 inches as displayed and will arrive strung and ready to display.
This ribbon banner is made with different shades and textures of blue colored ribbons. They really make a cool "water" effect. The high chair skirt is available in either 24 inches or 36 inches from side to side and each strip hangs about 12 inches long. We strung it on a long white ribbon that will provide you excess at end for hanging or tying it to whatever you need. You can use it on the actual high chair as we've shown in photos or as a backdrop for photos too! If you want to add pink to this item message us and we can discuss your options.
