Banner features a burlap canvas panel and the fabrics are a mix between cotton, pom poms, and felt. Banner is strung on sturdy jute twine.
The banner that is shipped to you is the one shown in the photo, as are all my sweet items in the shop.

Total banner decoration is 23 inches, perfect for a high chair, wall/table décor, wagon, first birthday photo prop, etc.
