MINI PARTY HAT:
A mini size party hat made of stiffened white felt covered in chunky white glitter, a medium pink and minty aqua #1 trimmed with baby aqua pom poms on bottom and a colorful yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" white elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is about 3", and height 4".

* Hat is a chunky white glitter…photo doesn’t capture it.

*DOG Customers- please provide head measurement in comments section so the elastic strap can be a custom fit. Start at top, go down around chin, up other side to where you started.
