A MINI party hat made non-flaky glitter blue material, decorated with a white 1/2, trimmed with baby blue mini pom poms on bottom and a baby blue/white speckled yarn pom pom on the top. Attached to a 1/8" elastic- to be worn comfortably like a headband. Diameter of hat is 2.85", and height 4".

BOW TIE: $8.50
A blue felt bow tie attached to a 5/8" white elastic strap. Bow measures 3.25”long x 1.75" wide.
Neck strap is about 12" long with Velcro closure. Length can be customized- provide circumference desired.
