The Planning Session collection includes checklists to help you organise your Daily, Weekly and Monthly planning, plus journal templates to record new ideas for journaling, and to explore your journaling 'rhythm'.

Includes separate checklists for Daily, Weekly and Monthly planning sessions, and each one includes a blank checklist as well as a semi-completed checklist.

The semi-completed checklist will provide you with a little guidance for filling in your own list.

You can choose to use the semi-completed list as your own checklist, and fill in any extra items I have left-off.

Or, start your own list from scratch by using a blank checklist.

There's a lot of ways you can use these lists, so experiment to find what works for you, and what helps you most with your planning!

If you need a helping hand to get started, a 'guide sheet' with step-by-step instructions is included. The instructions explain one way you could use the checklists.

To complement the checklists are four A5 journaling pages, that will make two spreads in your notebook or planner.

The first spread is for recording your ideas - write down any collections and trackers you would like to create, and the ideas you have for journaling prompts and creativity.

The second spread prompts you to reflect on your journaling goals and rhythm. This will help you learn what works well, and what you could improve to become even more organised and productive!

The Checklists are included on both A4 and Letter Size documents.

The Planning Ideas and Rhythm templates are set up on A4 documents.
