Print off these cute toppers (4 per a page), fold in 1/2 and staple over a clear, 4 inch wide cello bag (available at most major craft stores and some dollar stores!)

Save file to a USB drive and take to an office store to print or print at home on matte photo paper or white matte presentation paper.
