Purchase this listing for a customized version of any topper, tag or card offered in the shop! Please indicate which tag you would like in the notes to seller box when purchasing. Please also leave a note on how you would like these customized (you may choose to customize with a name and/or change in wording)

Please also purchase this listing if you would like an editable item edited for you and a ready to print file e-mailed to you.

Please note: No items will be printed and shipped. The PDF file with 6-12 tags (depending on design) per a page will be e-mailed to you within 1 business day of purchase (unless otherwise noted in the shop announcements).

To assemble the tags:

Print on white chard stock or heavy weight matte project paper. Cut out tags, punch hole and hang with baker's twine or ribbon.

The PDF file may be also be printed at home or any office store (simply save the PDF file I send to a USB drive and take in to the store and have them print while you wait, or e-mail the file directly to the store)
