This listing is for (1) digital PDF printable file that I will customize with your child's name on it. There are 12 qty. 2 1/2" circular tags set up on one 8.5" x 11" sheet. No printed material will be shipped - you will need to print the file yourself. You can print this file as many times as you need!

To create these under the sea thank you tags, you will need the following items:
1) Heavy duty white card stock (I like Paper Source Cover in Pure White or Epson Premium Presentation Paper in Matte)
2) Hole punch
3) 2 1/2" circle punch or scissors ***If you do not have this item, you can also cut around the circles by hand with scissors!!

You can also print these labels on full sheet Avery Label paper, use the circle punch to cut them out, and use them as stickers on goody bags instead of using a hole punch and twine to attach the tag.

When purchasing, this listing, please supply me with the following information:
1) Child's Name
2) Whether or not you will be using a 2 1/2" circle punch to punch out these tags, or if you will be cutting around them by hand with scissors. (It affects whether or not I put a border line around the edge of the tag)
3) Your email so I can send you the completed file

Once purchased, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your file via email. All final high resolution files will be sent to an email dress that you provide to me. Printing instructions will be included as well.
