The final balance is based on the actual number of jars. The deposit amount is to hold your spot on our calendar and will be credited with your final balance. This is a DEPOSIT ONLY and not the final total for your order. The final balance will include your deposit credit (minus taxes) and Pre-Order discount issued with a coupon code.

Here's how it works:
1. Place a deposit according to the approximate number of jars needed ($25 non-refundable) to hold your place on my jam calendar. If purchased Pre-Order Deposit is placed during one of our monthly sales you will receive the actual paid deposit amount (minus taxes) as a credit with the remaining final balance. With wedding season in full swing and not enough hours in the day to make jam I am limited to the number of orders per month. Your deposit will ensure that you order will be placed on my calendar.
You will be sent a link to purchase the remaining balance with the number of jars requested. The final balance due will be based on current prices of our products. Your total will included the deposit credit, coupons or discounts and issued at checkout with a coupon code.
2. What I need to know for your order.
Please select the approximate number of jars you will need and the size of jar requested from the pull down menu on this listing. This gives me a heads up of how to prepare for your order. I will need to know the final number about 6-8 WEEKS prior to your event date. In the notes please leave the date of your special occasion so I can place you on my jam calendar!
3. Your remaining balance will be due about 6-8 WEEKS prior to your event. At this time I will need to know the following: exact number of jars, jam flavor, label information, ribbon color. You will be sent a link to pay for your remaining balance with the updated information. Any coupons or discounts will be added in with the remaining balance. Remaining balance must be paid or no product will be shipped.
4. If the remaining balance is not paid within 45 DAYS of your event date your order is subject to cancellation and you will only receive a refund of $15 and no product will be shipped. A Rush Fee may apply to process your order if the final balance is not paid within 45 DAYS of your event date.
5. If the remaining balance is not paid within 30 DAYS of your event date your order is subject to cancellation and you will NOT receive a refund of your deposit and no product will be shipped. A Rush Fee of $75 may apply to process your order if the final balance is not paid within 30 DAYS of your event date. If you received an Early Booking discount for the Pre-Order deposit you are subject to cancellation of the discount if the final payment is not received within 30 DAYS prior to your event date.
6. Several attempts will be made to collect the remaining balance and if the balance is not paid within 28 DAYS of your event date your order WILL BE CANCELLED and your deposit will not be refunded. If the balance is paid by the 28th DAY prior to your event date a RUSH FEE of $95 does apply and any additional Early Booking discounts will NOT be applied. You will receive your paid deposit credit applied to your final balance. If the balance is NOT PAID by 28 days prior to event dates all deposit money will be forfeited and order cancelled.
Each jar comes with a personalized label, your choice of up to two jam flavors, your choice colored raffia ribbon and top hand stamped label. Plus, as my gift you will receive a FREE jar of jam just for you!
Each loving batch is made with only the freshest ingredients, no preservatives and hand stirred by Miss Shelley. There are no gluten ingredients in our jams, jellies or honey.
